When the part doesn’t exist any more, we make it.

This is the core of the trade. A quarter panel last produced in 1974. A complex wing. A suspension mount.

Materials	Steel, aluminium, copper, brass, stainless
Forming	Metal shaping and planishing, rolling, folding
Joining	MIG welding, brazing, gas welding, precision fabricated assemblies
Reproduction	Original panels remade from the part or from a buck
Composite	GRP laminating, bespoke parts

Steel, not fibreglass.

An arch extension or a reinforcement made in shaped steel becomes part of the shell — it carries load. In fibreglass it just sits on top of it.

The difference doesn’t show in photographs. It shows in use.

We laminate too when that is the right call — a non-structural flare, a cosmetic part. It is a question of what the part does, not dogma.

Heat shrinking: heat a precise spot, the steel draws back, and the panel returns to shape. No filler at this stage — there is nothing to fill.
